- Referee fees are included .
- Adult Evening leagues preferred timings $50 extra
- Showers, changing rooms and lockers available.
- Shin guards are required. No Cleats allowed. No exceptions.
- Unlimited substitutions.
- Game ball provided by the facility.
- The non-refundable deposit fee of $100 is required .
- All players must sign a WAIVER.
- Must present a valid picture ID prior to registration.
- $50 fee if fail to notify of a forfeit within 6 hours of any game.
- Regular season winner prize $200 credit , Trophy & Medals.
- Playoffs upper and lower brackets two winners prize $100 credit each.
